Before we delve into the blueprint, let’s address some common hurdles entrepreneurs face when dealing with Facebook leads. When it comes to Facebook leads, there’s a rule of thumb to keep in mind: For every 100 leads, 90% still need to be not qualified. Of the remaining 10%, around 85% might be “later” people —those who won’t act immediately but might consider your offer in the future. This leaves us with just 15% of the 10% as the “now” people —are ready to take action promptly.

Starting with Facebook lead ads is the quickest way to capture potential leads. We then offer a lead magnet to attract these leads effectively. Once they opt-in, we follow a structured approach:

  • Welcome Email: We send a warm welcome email to initiate contact.
  • Thank You Message: A follow-up thank you message is sent to express gratitude.
  • Call to Action: We reach out via call to understand their needs better and offer assistance.

Subsequently, we continue the engagement with the following steps:

  • Day 2: We email them with information addressing their top objection, followed by an SMS and call.
  • Day 3: A case study is shared, showcasing previous clients who faced similar challenges and tangible results.
  • Day 5: We ask a simple question to prompt a response.
  • Day 7: We can handle another objection, followed by an SMS and call.
  • Day 9: Another objection is addressed.
  • Day 11: Another case study is shared to reinforce the effectiveness of our system.
  • Day 13: We ask for their response or feedback.

If we receive a response within two weeks, we nurture them further to convert them into clients. Otherwise, we move them to a long-term nurture list, providing them with information on our offerings in the hope of converting them into clients later.
