2. Do I enjoy this task, or can it be delegated?
3. Will this task help remove me from daily operations?
Batch Tasks to Maximize Focus: I grouped similar tasks to save time. I used mornings for content creation and planning. I reserved afternoons for meetings and admin.
Map Tasks in Advance: Before the cycle begins, I block out time on my calendar for each task. A roadmap keeps me focused and productive. It also helps me train new hires and build partnerships.
